The two prominent buildings at Schlesisches Tor define the northern part of the urban plaza around the train station. The goal of this project was to develop and upgrade both buildings. By merging the two plots into one, it was possible to convert the entire roof area into 6 spacious apartments, connected by 3 new elevators.
