The new HO Hostel is located on the ground floor of a building that is listed under preservation in the former "Stalin Allee", where once a store of the East German HO textile group was located. The former shop windows were integrated into the design as a replica of the original HO store. They serve as a sight and sound insulation as well as barrier between street and hostel.
