On an old industrial area in Lichtenberg, a new industrial park for small and medium-sized companies is constructed. Intended to strengthen the commercial character of the area, a spatial structure is planned that allows a flexible use for its tenants. The design, meeting all the technical requirements for industrial use, consists of 100-m²-units, that can be connected to each other. Access cores are equipped with freight elevators. Two underground levels provide parking space and all necessary technical and mechanical rooms. The conceptual design enables a long-term and flexible use for businesses, allowing the latter to expand or to shrink as required.
