The new residential building is planned at the back yard of an existing building from 1900. Hidden from the street, the modern design offers a total of 18 new residential units. The facade is designed to be covered with bronze-colored metal plates which sets the building apart from its surroundings. The staggered levels create spacious terraces, and the new landscape design bringing both new and old buildings together.
