The existing building dates back to 1890, and consists of two residential buildings and a commercial building. The design addressed the following topics:

a complete high-standard renovation of the residential building, conversion of the commercial building into residential with luxurious loft apartments, a complete roof conversion including rooftop terraces and the re-designing of the commercial spaces.
