The solitary building belongs to an historical period of the “Reichsbahn” area in the east of Berlin. In close cooperation with the preservation department, the building was redesigned for the use of a restaurant and bar: fine dining is planned on the ground floor and a bar on the upper floor. The floor plans have been modified to allow a flexible use. Nevertheless, the old structure and history of the house still remains visible. A terrace on the upper floor directs the view to the urban landscape of the railroad tracks.
