The neu commercial building was planned in a small plot in the middle of an industrial area from the beginning of the 20th century. The design of the new building is fitted to the characteristics of industrial architecture whereas its form corresponds to its surroundings: it is disguised as an original from the beginning of the 20th century. The building offers a flexible usage- up to a maximum of 6 commercial units can operate independently at the same time.
